Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Good Karma Music & Arts Festival! We are so grateful for your participation in helping us make this year the best one yet! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or organization to our diverse community and also support an amazing cause.

Vendor Applications should be filled out as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, October 27, 2023.

Vendor Information:

Vendors must send in application FIRST, and upon approval, vendors will then be given Vendor Fee payment information.

Food Truck Vendors: The fee for Food Trucks vending at our event is $500 for the entire day, and we currently expect our gates to be open from 11:30 AM - 12 PM on November 4, 2023. 

For Vendor Village Booths: We have 10’x10’ spaces available for $300 and 20’x10’ spaces available for $600. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. AC power hookup is available for an additional $300 and will include (1) powered outlet (15amp) at your booth area.

Booths for Nonprofits: We have a limited number of 10’x10’ spaces available at no charge. If you are interested in hosting a booth at our event, we are currently accepting applications from 501(c)3 organizations. Please note that these spots are extremely limited. Organizations must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. AC power hookup is available for $300 and will include (1) powered outlet (15amp) at your booth area.

Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason unless your application is denied. As an outdoor festival, please understand that we are at the mercy of Mother Nature.

Booths are not reserved or guaranteed until booth fee has been received.

Booth and food truck assignments will be decided by The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival, vendors are not allowed to choose their own spots.

Your booth must be set up, staffed and ready to operate by 11:30 AM on November 4th. The event will be held from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, tear down must be either before sunset or after headliner performance at 11:00 PM. At check-in, all exhibitors will receive a map showing the location(s) of their space along with unloading and parking instructions.

Vendors must provide necessary equipment to operate their booth. Tents, trash cans, tables and chairs will NOT be provided. Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their booth area.

The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival is unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any equipment other than the Festival’s own.

Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space, unless prior authorization has been obtained from the Festival’s Organizers.

All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only, unless approved otherwise by the Festival’s Organizers.

Fliers, handbills, and petitions will be limited to booth area only. Non-booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind!

Electricity will be available for all vendors who have paid for AC Power Hookup.

Vendors unable to attend must notify the Festival’s Organizers 48 hours prior to the event and are not permitted to sublet without prior consent from the Festival’s Organizers.

NO FOOD ITEMS OR BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AT VENDOR BOOTHS LOCATED IN THE VENDOR VILLAGE.

NO FOOD ITEMS CAN BE DISTRIBUTED AT ANY FOOD TRUCK WITHOUT A POSTED HEALTH PERMIT. It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to obtain all permits, licenses, etc.

The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, pornographic, drug/ alcohol related, or those considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. This is a family friendly event. Any decision made by the Festival’s Organizers is final.

Vehicles must be parked in approved areas. No vehicles can be driven through the vendor area, so plan accordingly.

The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival cannot assume responsibility for any vehicles ticketed or towed that are not properly parked.

NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE GOOD KARMA MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL BEER & WINE GARDEN IN THE FESTIVAL VENUE OR ANY SURROUNDING AREAS. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL VENUE OR SURROUNDING AREAS. This includes: All vapor devices, and e-cigarettes, including synthetic marijuana. Violators will be removed from premises immediately and further action will be taken if necessary, any booths/vendors who violate this rule will not be considered for any future Good Karma Music & Arts Festivals.

Payment:

Once your Vendor Application has been approved by the Festival’s Organizers, the Festival’s Organizers will send you a Vendor Agreement via Adobe eSignature for review and signatures. Vendors have the option to pay their vendor fees with a check or through Zelle (Zelle info is provided on the Vendor Agreement). Vendor fees must be paid in full by Friday, October 27, 2023 (this includes Zelle payments) Please make cashier’s checks or money orders out to Yes I Can Unity Through Music & Education/Good Karma Music & Arts Festival and send by mail to: Good Karma Music & Arts Festival c/o Yes I Can Unity Through Music & Education, 25000 Avenue Stanford, Suite #163, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
